Andersen Scientific offers more than just sterilization services--we can offer complete packaging solutions. Our sister company, Andersen Products (www.anpro.com) can assemble, package and label (in-house art and design department) your device so that it is ready for commercial distribution.

Andersen Products operates multiple environmentally controlled clean areas which are designed and operated to minimize particulate contamination while maintaining the necessary humidity and temperature ranges for successful sterilization.

Devices packaged at Andersen Products can be transported to Andersen Scientific the same day for sterile processing.

 

 

Packaging validation, including accelerated ageing and simulated shipping and transportation studies are also available. Packaging validation is required to ensure that sterility is maintained throughout product distribution. A series of special packaging tests are used to measure the ability of the package to maintain sterility. We can develop the protocols, perform the testing in-house and generate the final report--please call us for more information about these services.
